I read part one in this trilogy a little over a year ago, and I have been eagerly following all updates on this series. When part two dropped into my inbox I freaked, and then the inevitable wait for part three again was excruciating. Finally I can say I read it all, and WOW, what a tale! Book Having escaped the dangers of The Keep, Desiree is determined to free Blake. But when a government-enhanced converter goes rogue, the ensuing battle for power, control, and lives makes Blake’s rescue a secondary mission. As Desiree struggles to overcome past demons and new, stifling expectations, she faces converters more powerful, dangerous, and desperate than ever. To protect those she loves, redeem the convergence, overtake The Keep, and honor the Conclave, Desiree will have to redefine her future. THE CONCLAVE is the intense, action-packed final book in the Converters trilogy; the conclusion of Desiree’s journey. Review Once again we are immersed into the world of converters, with Desiree Morgan struggling to fit into a world she didn’t choose, but where she most certainly belongs. Blake is being held captive in The Keep whilst Desiree and Denny work hard to figure out a way…

The Ghost of You and Me By Kelly Oram Blog Tour

Review This book was an emotional read. Bailey has been best of friends with Spencer and Wes for as long as she can remember. And all of that changed one party when she played spin the bottle, and her spin ended up on Spencer. They shared their first kiss, and were inseparable ever since, changing the dynamic of the trio. When Spencer dies, Bailey’s world comes crashing down, and the one person that might be able to help her piece it all together again, is the one person who hates you, and blames you for taking Spencer away. This read takes you on a real journey of reflection. Bailey has a ton of issues she needs to work through, to put her guilt and sadness to rest, and move forward again, and live life again. Wes has been living a real hell, and can’t manage it alone any longer. And then there is Spencer, the Ghost sent back to bring these two back together to be the friends they once were, to help each other through all of this pain and hurt. This book had me laughing, crying, hurting, and sighing. Oram has a talent of taking a very…

This book released yesterday, and I was lucky enough to get an advanced reader’s copy (ARC) to review. Robin in the sister of Kelly Oram (I have posted several reviews of her books, recently here), one of my favorites, so that’s how I picked up on this little sneak peek, and was able to snatch an early copy! Boy am I glad I did! Book Cameron Bates (Cam) could have almost any girl at Franklin High School…except for the one he wants. Unfortunately Bebe seems to be immune to his flirty charm and good looks, which means one of two things: a) she’s completely oblivious to how he feels, or b) she’s just not into him. If that’s the case, declaring his love would be disastrous for their friendship. Bianca Barnes (Bebe) has a huge problem: the universe hates her. Every time she admits feelings for a boy, he ends up falling for her sweet, popular, and beautiful sister Beth. To avoid a broken heart, Bebe has sworn herself to secrecy. Nobody can know how she feels about Cam…Ever! Neither person wants to confess their feelings, but the universe has its own plan. Out of the blue, Bebe is courted…

I read this book a while ago, but I have been really bad at getting my reads reviewed and posted. Life has been crazy, and I have been so behind on the not necessary. Anyways, I’m really excited to share this little gem with you. Book After an uneventful season in Bath, Miss Charlotte Rosebury returns home to Warwickshire, looking forward to a visit from her mother’s friend. Their expected guest, Mrs. Worthington, has promised that her son will be accompanying her, and as Charlotte has only ever heard stories of the gentleman who rarely leaves his Yorkshire estate, she is most pleased to meet him. However, when her warm welcome is returned with a fierce frown from the handsome man, she cannot help but long to be free of him and his blue-eyed glare. Despite his mother’s protests, Mr. Gabriel Worthington had made the decision long ago to remain unmarried, but when he meets Charlotte, doubts about his decision creep into his fearful mind, and he wishes for nothing more than to flee from the woman and never return. For weeks, the two are forced to live within the same home, and though they provoke one another with teasing…
